You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. We have our own professionally trained photographers that use only high-end equipment to create stunning 'show home' quality images. As our photographers are in-house, they work to our strict deadlines getting you to market in double-quick time.
We don't use estate agency jargon! We're different - we grab your buyer's attention by explaining why your home is so great and why you bought it! If the copy is interesting and gives a real feeling of your home, they won't just pass it by!

A lot of agents are only on Rightmove - we want to tap into even more buyers and offer your home on the top 5 property web-portals, including 'FindaProperty' which has a large social media following.
Customer Service Advice Centre
The Customer Service Advice Centre acts not only as a customer support service but liaises across the whole group, benefiting customers with a much faster response. It also provides extra support, when needed, for the branches so that they can concentrate on the business of selling property.
Whilst we operate extended opening hours and also provide our customers with access to our Customer Service Advice Centre, we still appreciate that in today's busy world there is a need to offer a 24/7 service - a way for customers to update themselves about their move as and when they want to.
'My Account' shows the status of all marketing activity being carried out on the sale of a customer's property, plus details of the property viewings including the all important feedback from prospective purchasers.
All our staff receive the highest standard of training undertaken by any estate agent and this has been recognised by a Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Gold Award for Training and Development together with a range of other awards.
