Our services are available across the whole of the southeast of England. A search on any of our property websites will give access to the entire listed property stock within the Group being marketed by all 5 brands. Currently that is in excess of 8,500 properties to choose from.
This is particularly helpful for people wishing to view property in an area unfamiliar to them or indeed for people looking to move to a specific location. Mortgages and insurance-related products via Mortgage Matters Direct
Assisting clients with the purchase of their new home and organising the mortgage funding to facilitate their purchase is wonderfully rewarding. We carefully assess the ever changing market, looking for the product that best suits our client, then present the options in a transparent and clear format helping our clients to understand and make an informed choice.
If a customer has instructed our conveyancing service they can also track their conveyancing online. We work closely with Movewithus, one of the UK's leading conveyancing panel managers, and their panel of nominated solicitors. Offering conveyancing in-house results in a speedy service as everything is carried out under one roof. This service provides a fixed conveyancing fee on a no sale/no fee basis, so that costs are all understood upfront.
Corporate Client Sales
This department offers a 'one stop' service for all corporate clients, from arranging initial valuations, collating weekly marketing and sales reports through to successful completion. With our network of offices we are able to offer a quick response to our clients' needs. One telephone call or email to our Corporate Client department and the rest is taken care of - simple but extremely effective!
The Corporate Client department currently handles a large portfolio of property for major corporate clients, lenders disposing of repossessions and probates, developers and individual builders. The service assists our corporate clients in collating the information they require as quickly as possible whilst keeping their own involvement and administration time to an absolute minimum.
Land & New Homes
Our Land & New Homes department provides a specialist service to our vendors and developer clients, dedicated to maximizing the revenue from land and new home sales. The unique partnership that we enjoy with our colleagues within our network of sales offices results in the seamless delivery of a sales and marketing strategy, tailored to the individual requirements of each project and client. We offer the same level of service to every vendor - from a large garden to multiple sites - working with our clients along every step of the planning and development process.
Our success in the acquisition and sale of land and new homes is highlighted by the close relationships we have formed with developers over many years across the southeast, who trust and rely upon our wealth of specialist knowledge and experience.
In partnership with Anderson & Associates we are able to offer survey and valuation services for our clients' residential property. Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and having fully qualified and experienced surveyors throughout England, Andersons are able to assist vendors and purchasers with specialist advice on their intended future purchase.
All our residential offices exchange enquiries allowing us to capture the widest possible audience of potential tenants. Tenants are screened by an independent credit-referencing agency ensuring that we only recommend the best tenants to our landlords. Our work starts in the preparation of an inventory and condition report along with drawing up the tenancy agreement - all arranged by our highly trained staff. To give our landlords piece of mind we offer a full range of services, including our in-house Domestic Energy Assessors, who produce EPCs.
Our rent guarantee scheme offers up to 12 months' cover should the rent not be paid by the tenant - paid by us on the scheduled due date. This means that landlords have a continuity of payment even when the tenants are defaulting. In addition, we offer a buildings and contents insurance that is inclusive of malicious damage, coupled with no automatic annual premium increase, making it an attractive proposition for most Landlords.
The Shared Ownership department operate a full sales and marketing service on behalf of several major Housing Associations across the South East of England, handling over 200 shared ownership homes a year.
This includes advice on appropriate property specifications, flat types and prices, liaising with local authorities and HomeBuy agents and the organisation of full marketing and sales material, show homes, weekly progress reports and sales progression through to completion and hand over. Our shared ownership properties also appear on our websites and other property portals like Rightmove. The Shared Ownership team pride themselves on tailoring a marketing plan to suit the individual requirements of the development and Housing Association.
